This smooth implementation process usually goes something like this:

Step 1: Setting Up

We work alongside key individuals within the client company to understand and set up the right attributes and families. We ensure that each department within the company has its say on how they would like to see the PIM work for them. For example, the marketing department may have special requirements for marketing attributes. This step also involves our data team aggregating all of the company's data and helping to sanitize it. We are experts in this field, having done it for 25 years.

Step 2: Brief Managers

We brief senior managers on how staff will use the PIM and how departments will collaborate. We then work with them to set up accounts for the PIM, including setting up permissions settings.

Step 3: Training Staff

We train each department individually for their needs. We show them how to use the PIM and pay close attention to the features that are most likely to suit their specific needs.

Step 4: Creating Links

We establish and create links between the PIM system and websites/partners. This can include anything from API links to ERP systems to building ecommerce connectors to power the company's store, to designing the export tasks to ensure everything is automatic and smooth.

Step 5: Rolling out the PIM

We roll out OneTimePIM across the company and make the system live. This means your PIM can now update your website and you have a single source of enriched and accurate product data.

Step 6: Ongoing Support

Finally, when the system is fully functional we provide ongoing support. If a client ever needs assistance their dedicated account manager will help them. We also love feedback and suggestions, and we are constantly implementing new features.
